1. A church that wants to join Church Care in full participation may do so simply by promoting individual and/or group participation directly with Church Care via this web site - 50 areas of service that the volunteer signs on to consider - his/her personal selection - if and when called upon to serve (see Talent Bank Inventory). A copy of the collective Volunteer Inventory is sent to the church for their records but also to make those volunteer services available to their own members. All changes in the inventory - additions, subtractions, etc. are recorded and sent to the church as update reports.
2. A church can also encourage the online individual/group sign up, but still appoint a contact person who would then receive all communications from Church Care and report to church leaders the activities of church volunteers.
3. Members of Indianapolis area churches that have no relationship with Church Care may register online independent of their church. The e-mail communications would be direct between Church Care and the registered church volunteer/s. Church Care would also provide the church with a narrative e-report (PDF 78k) describing in detail the good works done by the volunteers from their church.
